Is it possible to change my date?

Absolutely, as long as you provide us with 24 hour notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any deposits needed to hold the new appointment.

Tell me more about your cancellation policy.

Any installation rescheduled 24 hours before the original date has no recourse. However, a small deposit maybe needed to hold the reschedule date. we always strive to collaborate with schedule.

How does the billing process work?

To secure your booking, we request a 50% down payment of any product needing to be special ordered. with the remaining 50% to be paid at time of installation.

What is the warranty on Labor and Product?

We include a Lifetime warranty on all installations. Products have warrantys from the manufacture, which is generally a 1 to 3 year warranty. We honor and replace faulty products in house and usually same day if in stock.

Can I receive a receipt for my order?

Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your order number. Also, a receipt will be provided at time of payment.
